This appeals to you
- You are responsible for all financial and controlling tasks within the PHIOS Group.
- You prepare the budgets for the individual locations and services together with the respective stakeholders.
- You are the contact person for financial questions of all locations.
- You are responsible for accounting and annual financial statements for the individual locations in cooperation with external partners.
- You are responsible for invoicing, controlling, and dunning for outgoing invoices, as well as controlling and processing incoming invoices.
- You will be the contact person for insurance issues and coordinate with external partners.
- You are in charge of implementing, applying, and regularly reviewing the PHIOS Group’s transfer pricing models.
- You take care of payroll accounting (with external partners) and the controlling of working hours/vacations.
- You prepare regular reports including relevant KPIs.
- You actively shape the processes and corporate strategy from a financial perspective and develop them further within your area of responsibility.
This is you
- You have extensive experience in controlling, finance and accounting with company locations in several countries.
- You have a university degree (in economics or law) or equivalent experience and further training.
- You are business fluent in German and English. Spanish is an advantage.
- You work independently and are a loyal person with the appropriate discretion.
- You enjoy working with numbers, can recognize and interpret connections.
- You can calculate and interpret key company figures and propose appropriate measures.
- You are familiar with the most important principles of law and taxation and can interpret and apply them.
- You have a structured and analytical approach to work and a keen sense of a company’s profitability.
- You are a strong team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams and locations.
Your technology stack
- MS Office (advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Prior experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., MS Power BI) is a plus
