Apprentice training is very important to us at Blum and we go through a complex process to find suitable apprentices for our company.
For this reason, in 2020 we decided to replace an Excel file that had been created over the years with lots of useful macros and functions with a future-proof, mobile-capable and browser-based Open UI5 application.
The implementation took place in sprints, parallel to the ongoing recruiting process. Agile, fast implementation was essential and we were able to fully rely on our partners at PHIOS. The result has been very well received and we are looking forward to further joint projects with the PHIOS team.
