On May 15, 2025, we welcomed numerous customers, potential customers, partners, and friends to a special evening at the Kulturhaus Rössle in Mauren. Under the motto “Competence behind the scenes” we provided insight into what defines us as PHIOS—our values, our way of working, and our understanding of partnership-based collaboration.
In an atmosphere characterized by trust, quality, and genuine cooperation, we offered inspiring insights and plenty of opportunity for personal exchange.
Our highlights of the evening:
- The evening was opened by our CEO Klaus Studer. In his welcome speech, he presented our self-image: PHIOS focuses on excellence in action rather than loud words.
- Our long-standing collaboration with LIEBHERR EMtec has developed into a friendly partnership: Mr. Eugen Schobesberger (LIEBHERR EMtec) and Lukas Kathrein (PHIOS AG) provided insight into the diversity and added value of the collaboration within the framework of digitization projects in recent years.
- Mr. David Baumann (Gallus Ferd. Rüesch AG) and Klaus Flatz (PHIOS AG) used examples to illustrate the challenges posed by digitalization and possible solutions. The aim is to continue working together to overcome challenges and create added value for Gallus Ferd. Rüesch AG in the future.
- An unusual change of perspective highlighted what our work has in common with that of a piano tuner: precision, experience, and a feel for perfect harmony. Josias Sigrist gave an impressive description of the challenges of his work, and together with Klaus Studer (PHIOS AG), the parallels between the two working environments were discussed.
- We were able to round off the evening in a relaxed atmosphere with live music and valuable conversations.
With this event, we wanted to show that genuine expertise does not have to be at the forefront to be effective. It is evident where results are convincing—in clear processes, well-thought-out solutions, and cooperative partnerships.
